Trilegal and JSA act on Publicis Groupe’s acquisition of Beehive Communication

French advertising and communications giant Publicis Groupe has acquired Mumbai-based Beehive Communication, for an undisclosed amount making it Publicis’ seventh acquisition in India since the middle of 2012. Post the acquisition, Beehive will be re-branded as Publicis Beehive and will operate as a unit within Publicis Worldwide’s global network.
