Trilegal, Khaitan & Co act on WestBridge Capital’s ₹450 crore stake acquisition in Edelweiss Mutual Fund

Edelweiss Financial Services Limited has announced WestBridge Capital’s proposed acquisition of a 15% stake in each of Edelweiss Asset Management Limited and Edelweiss Trusteeship Company Limited, for a total consideration of ₹450 crore (~$51.4 million).

Trilegal is advising the acquirer WestBridge Capital on this acquisition.
