Dutch investment firm Prosus, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary MIH Investments One BV, has acquired a stake in Rapido for $28 million, from Advantedge.

Trilegal advised Prosus on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Harsh Jain (Partner), Ekta Janghu (Senior Associate), Manjari Rammohan (Senior Associate) and Manya Chhabra (Associate).

The Resolution Law Group advised Advantedge on this transaction, allowing the company to partially exit from Rapido.

The transaction was led by managing partner Sunaina Paintal.
