Trilegal, TT&A, Hogan Lovells act on Silver Consumer Electrical ₹1,400 crore proposed IPO

Silver Consumer Electricals Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,400 crore, which comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholder aggregating up to ₹400 crore.

Trilegal is advising Silver Consumer Electricals on this IPO.

The transaction team is led by Vinay Sirohia (Partner), with support from Pragya Gupta (Senior Associate) and Associates Lajja Mehta, Shubh Dutta Ojha, and Sanath Rajesh.

TT&A is advising the book running lead managers - Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, JM Financial Limited and Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited on this IPO.

Silver Consumer Electricals is a large-scale manufacturer of electrical consumer durables including, pumps and motors, solar pumps and controllers, fans, lighting, other consumer electrical products and agricultural equipment.
