Triumvir Law advises WLDD on 70% stake acquisition in sneaker brand 7-10

Triumvir Law has represented WLDD Private Limited in its majority stake acquisition of up to 70% in sneaker brand 7-10 from Sanghvi Erectors Private Limited.

As the lead counsel managing the entire acquisition process, Triumvir Law was involved in the drafting and reviewing of the term sheet and transaction documents, as well as overseeing other legal considerations as part of the process.

This strategic acquisition by WLDD aims to enhance its portfolio and expand its market presence within the footwear and the clothing industry. WLDD is now strategically positioned to capitalise on 7-10's unique identity and carve a prominent space in the industry.

WLDD, established in 2018 by Arihant Jain, Jaidev Kesti, and Vivekanand Kilari, specializes in enhancing brands' social media presence through meme marketing, short-form video content, and influencer collaborations. The acquisition of 7-10 aligns with WLDD's strategy to expand its footprint in the D2C market and evolve into a comprehensive media tech company. This move follows WLDD's recent acquisition of digital media platform ScoopWhoop from The Good Glamm Group.
