Universal Legal acts on acquisition of 35% stake in Rivaara Labs by Authum

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has acquired 35.09% stake in Rivaara Labs Private Limited for total consideration of ₹36.57 crore.

Universal Legal advised Rivaara Labs on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner).

Rivaara Labs is a leading testing services and research and development-focused molecular diagnostics companies.
