Universal Legal advises Stratechem on majority stake acquisition in S.L. Organics

Stratechem (India) Private Limited is acquiring a 60% stake in S.L. Organics, a chemical manufacturing firm.

Universal Legal advised Stratechem on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Apurva Agarwal (Partner), with support from Angshuman Chaliha (Associate Partner) and Noopur Thakkar (Associate).

Stratechem is a leading manufacturer and exporter of chemical. The transaction marks a strategic milestone for Stratechem strengthening its growth trajectory and providing them access to a factory located on MIDC land in Amravati.
