Verist Law assists Entero Healthcare on multiple controlling stake acquisitions

Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited has acquired controlling stake in Ace Cardiopathy Solutions, Ramson Medical Distributors Private Limited and Anand Medical Distributors.

Verist Law represented Entero Healthcare on all these acquisitions. The firm advised on sector-specific due diligence as well as drafting, review and negotiation of transaction documents.

The transaction team comprised Sarayu Satish (Principal Associate) and Kanchi Malhotra (Senior Associate).

Entero Healthcare is a listed company in the healthcare sector.

The entities in which Entero has acquired stakes are engaged in the distribution of pharmaceutical, surgical and other allied healthcare products. The revenues of all the acquired entities collectively exceed ₹600 crore.
