Verist Law assists Rotomag on ₹108 crore investment in Statcon Energiaa

Verist Law has represented Rotomag Enertec Limited in a significant strategic investment of approximately ₹108 crore in Statcon Energiaa Private Limited.

The Firm advised on the entire life-cycle of the transaction including drafting, reviewing and negotiations.

The transaction team was led by Sarayu Satish (Principal Associate) with support from Kanchi Malhotra (Senior Associate).

Rotomag is a major manufacturer of solar pumps, controllers and DC motors.
