VERTICES PARTNERS act on Baba Advance Materials and J & Materials Co JV

Baba Advance Materials Limited (a group entity of Acutaas Chemicals Limited) has entered into a Joint Venture with South Korea-based company J & Materials Co to form Indichem Inc.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised Baba Advance Materials on forming this joint venture.

The transaction was led by Amit Manubarwala (Senior Partner), along with a team that included Vishal Mehta (Partner) and Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager).

Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Baba Advance Materials Limited is a Surat-based company which operates in the manufacturing sector, specifically focusing on the production of other non-metallic mineral products.

Baba Advance Materials shall hold 75% of the share capital of the joint venture company and the rest 25% by J & Materials Co.
