VERTICES PARTNERS, Bombay Law Chambers act on SUGAR Cosmetics raising funds from Stride Ventures

SUGAR Cosmetics [Vellvette Lifestyle Private Limited] has raised ₹15 crore in venture debt from Stride Ventures Debt Fund.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised SUGAR Cosmetics on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner), with support from Vikrant Anand (Parnter), Anushree Pathak (Senior Associate), Mitali Hakani (Associate Manager) and Srishti Singh (Associate).

Bombay Law Chambers represented Stride Ventures on this transaction.

SUGAR Cosmetics is a cruelty-free makeup brand that is known for its wide range of color cosmetics, which includes products for lips, eyes, face, skin, and nails.

The funds raised will be used for working capital purposes.
