Vidhigya Associates acts on Capital Numbers ₹169 crore+ IPO

Capital Numbers Infotech Limited has raised ₹169.372 crore vide its initial public offering of 6,440,000 equity shares - 3,220,000 equity shares via fresh issue and 3,220,000 equity shares via offer for sale by Promoter Selling Shareholders.

Vidhigya Associates, Advocates acted as the Legal Counsel to Capital Numbers.
