Water & Shark Legal acted as the legal advisor to Mugafi Private Limited, a pioneering next-generation entertainment powerhouse, on its strategic corporate restructuring.

The mandate was aimed at strengthening Mugafi’s corporate and governance framework to support its ambitious growth trajectory and expanding portfolio of cross-border IPs. By streamlining its structure, the company aims to position itself to scale operations, attract strategic investments, and enhance long-term decision-making efficiency.

The transaction was led by Harsh Patel (Managing Partner), with support from Shehbaazali Fazalbhoy (Associate Partner), Drashti Prajapati (Tax Manager) and Vikshita Poojary (Associate).
