Piramal Enterprises is buying a 20 percent stake in Chennai-based Shriram Capital, a financial services company, for Rs. 2,014 crore ($334 million). Amarchand Mangaldas acted for Piramal with a team led by Managing Partner Cyril Shroff along with Partners Leena Chacko and Pranav Sharma. Trilegal advised Shriram Capital with a team led by Mumbai Partner Sridhar Gorthi.
