Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises Sheela Foam on acquisition of Kurlon Enterprise

Sheela Foam Private Limited (owner of the 'Sleepwell' mattress brand) has acquired 94.66% of Kurlon Enterprise Limited's (owner of the 'Kurl-On' mattress brand) share capital at an equity valuation of ₹2,150 crores.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sheela Foam on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team was led by Anand Jayachandran (Partner), Pranjita Barman (Partner), with support from Shaleen Tiwari (Senior Associate) and Shravan Belsare (Associate).

The legal diligence was led by Pranjita Barman (Partner) and Kriti Bhatia (Partner); along with Shaleen Tiwari (Senior Associate), and Abhisht Patibanda, Ayushi Agrawal, Shravan Belsare, Drasti Gala, Associate and Mohini Parghi (Associates).
