Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, TT&A, Trilegal act on Aragen Life Sciences ₹800 crore+ proposed IPO

Aragen Life Sciences Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue aggregating to ₹800 crore and an offer for sale of up to 27,329,192 equity shares by the selling shareholders.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Aragen Life Sciences on this IPO.

The transaction team is being led by Yash J. Ashar (Senior Partner) and Tanvi Kini (Partner), with support from Surya Rajkumar (Senior Associate), Associates Tejaswi Sade, Mohammed Khadri, Maria Palamattom and Akshita Dhawan.

TT&A is advising selling shareholders Leo Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Quadria Capital India Fund III (both Quadria affiliate entities) on this IPO.

The transaction is being led by Abhinav Kumar (Partner) and Indira Satish (Senior Associate).

Trilegal is advising the Book Running Lead Managers, Axis Capital, Citigroup Global, Goldman Sachs and JM Financial, on this IPO.

The transaction is being led by Bhakta Patnaik (Partner) and Albin Thomas (Partner), and comprises Bhargavi Mahajan (Counsel), Associates Janhavi Shah, Snehal Kaushal, Tushar Chitlangia, Mohak Agarwal, and Harshali Srivastava.
