JSA acts on Laxmi Organic Industries QIP

Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has filed a placement document on October 10, 2023, for an issue of 9,625,579 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers, approximately aggregating to ₹2,591.21 million.

DAM Capital Advisors Limited and Jefferies India Private Limited acted as the managers to the issue.

JSA advised DAM Capital Advisors and Jefferies India on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Partners Arka Mookerjee and Siddhartha Desai along with Krupa Brahmbhatt Akash Joshi and Govind Roy.
