JSA acts on Oterra acquisition of the Akay Group

The largest provider of natural food colors worldwide Oterra A/S has acquired the Akay Group of companies, a leading player in the natural colors and nutraceutical ingredients industry.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised the Akay Group and their promoter shareholders in relation to the acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Sidharrth Shankar (Lead Partner), and consisted of Prakriti Jaiswal (Partner), Shweta Gupta (Principal Associate), Dhruv Malhotra (Senior Associate) and Vrindesh Patel (Associate)
