Keydemand (Propvantage Proptech Private Limited) has recently concluded a seed series funding round.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Keydemand on this fundraise.

The transaction team comprised Abbas Jaorawala (Senior Director and Head - Direct Tax), Sanjana Dasgupta (Senior Associate), and Surbhi Burman (Associate).

Propvantage is engaged in the business of providing an online marketplace, “Keydemand”, which is a demand and supply aggregator of commercial and retail real estate. Keydemand is India’s first B2B focused commercial real estate platform.
