Luthra acts on InvIT financing availed by Oriental Infra Trust

Oriental Infra Trust (“OIT”) has availed financial assistance of ₹13,500 million from a consortium of lenders inter-alia for the purpose of acquisition of 100% stake in Biaora to Dewas Highway Private Limited.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as Lenders’ legal counsel in this transaction.
