Pioneer Legal acts on acquisition of majority stake in Synokem Pharmaceuticals by TA Associates

TA Associates has acquired a majority stake in Synokem Pharmaceuticals for approximately ₹1,000 crores ($125 million).

Pioneer Legal acted as second counsel to the Arora Family, the promoters of Synokem Pharmaceuticals and provided strategic input to the promoters in terms of protection of rights in the target.

The transaction team consisted of Satish Kishanchandani (Managing Partner) and Pritha Jha (Partner).
