Pioneer Legal, Quillon, JM+P, Trilegal act on 360 OLVF investment in Rapidue

360 One Large Value Fund has acquired approximately 10% stake in Rapidue Technologies Private Limited by way of primary and secondary investment, for ₹110 crore.

Pioneer Legal advised Rapidue on this transaction.
