Rajani Associates advises Shashikiran and Sapna Prasad on acquisition of Arise Ceramics

Shashikiran Prasad and Sapna Prasad (acquirers) have acquired the entire paid-up equity shares of Arise Ceramic Private Limited.

Rajani Associates advised and acted for the Acquirers in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Ashish Parwani (Partner), Rajeev Nair (Partner), Gitika Makhija (Senior Associate) and S Shivganesh (Associate).

Arise Ceramic is engaged in the business of manufacturing, importing, exporting, trading, and dealing in or otherwise engaging in ceramic products of all classes.
