Rajani Associates advises Vikas Lifecare in its QIP Issue

Vikas Lifecare Limited has raised ₹1000 million of two tranches of ₹500 million each through its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue.

Rajani Associates advised Vikas Lifecare in successfully completing both the tranches of the fund raise in the QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Sangeeta Lakhi (Partner), Rahul Pandey (Principal Associate), and Himanshu Pandey (Associate).

Vikas Lifecare is engaged in the business of Recycling Plastic Waste and manufacturing & trading of Polymer Compounds.
