Rajani Associates advises investors in relation to an investment in Focus Lighting and Fixtures

Rajendra Suganchand Shah and Rishi Rajendra Shah (Investors) have invested ₹ 31,44,69,650 in Focus Lighting and Fixtures Limited, a company listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) through subscription in Warrants on preferential issue basis.  

Rajani Associates assisted the investors by structuring the transaction, preparing and reviewing Stock Exchange Filings, conducting Legal Diligence Exercise and preparing, reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing several documents, including, the Investment Agreement, Non-Compete Agreement, and other ancillary documents with respect to the transaction.
