AAVNA Legal, Advocate & Solicitors, is a growing boutique law firm based in Delhi specializing in Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), Taxation (Direct), Money Laundering, Corporate and Civil matters.

Positions: 3 (Three)

No. of Positions

• 01 Associate position in IBC Team (PQE 1-3 years)

• 01 Associate position in Direct (Income) Taxation Team (PQE 1-3 years)

• 01 Legal Trainee position in Corporate/Civil team (PQE 0-2 years)

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi

Qualification: LLB

Essential Qualification/Experience

1. Candidates having experience of 1-3 years in CIRP/liquidation proceedings under IBC shall be preferred for the IBC team. Previous work experience in an RP/Liquidators office is preferred.

2. Candidates having experience of 1-3 years in Income Tax Litigation and Assessment/Re-Assessment proceedings shall be preferred for the taxation team.

3. Candidates applying for Corporate/Civil team should have decent drafting and legal research skills.

Remuneration: As per industry standards and the candidate’s experience.
