Lead, Training and Communications (5–10 years; Remote)

1. Head the design, delivery, and scaling of training programs and communication strategies for judges, court staff, government officials, and other stakeholders.

2. Represent Adalat AI at national and international forums, building thought leadership on responsible AI adoption.

3. Candidates should have 5–10 years experience in training/ communications (ideally with government, judiciary, or corporate stakeholders) and strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

1. Serve as the primary liaison with the High Court leadership (Chief Justice, senior Justices, Registrar General, IT committee).

2. Lead trainings and workshops with judicial stakeholders and monitor implementation to drive adoption across your state.

3. We are seeking practicing lawyers with 2–5 years of experience in the respective state, with strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Legal Specialists – Indirect Tax (Customs) / Arbitration (3+ years; Remote)

1. Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to design AI solutions informed by your domain expertise.

2. Translate complex legal workflows into structured, technology-ready processes.

3. Engage with judges, lawyers, government officials, and legal institutions to identify pain points and co-develop AI solutions.   

4. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in litigation practice or a law firm, with strong procedural and substantive knowledge of arbitration/ indirect tax law, along with excellent communication skills to bridge legal and technical domains.

Legal Associate (1–3 years; Remote)

1. This role blends product innovation with legal compliance.

2. Collaborate with judges, court staff, and lawyers to gather feedback and co-design solutions that enhance our AI solutions, while working with design and engineering teams to translate judicial insights into impactful features.

3. You will also support compliance across key areas such as data protection, corporate governance, and labor and employment laws.

4. Ideal for early-career legal professionals with 1–3 years of experience, a strong interest in technology and AI, and a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
