Ahlawat & Associates is looking hire for its Intellectual Property (IP) team in Delhi.

PQE: 3 - 5 Years

Location: New Delhi

Job Description

1. Handling of Intellectual Property (specifically trademarks, copyrights and industrial designs) prosecution, opposition and enforcement.

2. Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of agreements in the media and entertainment sector (including producer contract, artist agreements, influencer agreements, etc.).

3. Advising clients on various queries pertaining to copyright laws.

4. Drafting and reviewing of privacy policies for various clients and advising them clients on the effect of the anticipated statute pertaining to data privacy in India.

5. Drafting of legal opinions and providing advisory on the legality of gaming and gambling laws in India.

6. Drafting of legal opinions on the legality of operation of a business in the field of virtual digital assets (such as cryptocurrency, NFTs, etc.).

7. Drafting of Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for clients in various sectors (including education, e-commerce, gaming, virtual digital assets, fintech, etc.)

8. Advising clients on the compliances for intermediaries (including social media intermediaries), online streaming platforms, etc.
