AK and Partners is looking to hire Knowledge Editor and Manager - Partnerships and Business Development in Delhi

AK and Partners is a corporate and commercial law firm. The firm is a full-service organization dealing in Corporate transactions, advisory and litigation. The firm also undertake regulatory practice such as energy, banking, food safety, etc.

The firm is looking to hire for the following positions.

Knowledge Editor

Positions: 1 (One)

PQE: 2-4 Years

Qualification: LLB at least one year (1) year post qualification experience in the field of mass communication, content editorial.

Personal Attributes

• Driven, hard-working and open to feedback.

• Readiness to accept responsibility and accountability towards work is a must.

Scope of Work

• Handling of social media content and handles.

• Creating attractive short messages for publication on social media.

• Writing articles under the supervision of partners for publication.

• News journals updated for corporate practice.

• Updating weekly newsletter for clients on subjects within our practice area.

• Updating on new corporate developments.

• Overseeing web design and content editing (Wordpress or relevant web tools).

• Creating a repository of documents.

• Overall capturing the firm's knowledge.

• Creating precedent documentations and their gist for the firm.

• Capturing and updating latest Supreme Court/ High Court orders and proceedings with respect to corporate practices.

Manager - Partnerships and Business Development

Positions: 1 (One)

PQE: 2-4 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA and above (knowledge of law, working experience of law firm shall be added advantage).

Scope of Work

• Two to four years of experience in the field of business development.

• Generating leads for partner meetings.

• Preparing presentations, profiles and ideas for business development.

• Updating on current affairs and business opportunities in the legal field.

• Finding opportunities / new ideas to develop Partnership affairs.

• Finding new legal business developing areas.

• Co-ordinating with new business opportunities with national / international firms.

• Client feedback and checking on their satisfaction level by interaction and client survey.

• Follow up with prospective clients.

• Preparing a roadmap for business development plans.

• Initiating, co-ordinating and collaborating with firms for business development.

Remuneration: Commensurate to experience and qualification.
