Qualification

Full time three years LLB /LLM or five years integrated law course. No age limit

Eligibility Criteria

Full time three years LLB or five years integrated law course. Evaluation shall be done based on initial test on drafting and research skills. Personal interview shall be held after initial short listing.

Work Experience

Minimum 3 years experience at bar or with any corporate firm.

Tenure of appointment

One (1) year. Their tenure will be extended up to maximum 3 years subject to based on yearly assessment and evaluation of their performance by the authorities).

Remuneration: One lakh per month.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Handle every writ / SLP fled against the APTRANSCO/ APSLDC/ APPCC. Integrate all information, formulate strategy, prepare parawise remarks/counters, fling of counters/affidavits in various legal forums etc., and any work entrusted by the authorities concerned/ board / Chairman & Managing Director/ APTRANSCO;

• Candidate should pursue the cases with concerned Advocate / Senior Advocate / Advocate General who is entrusted with the cases in a particular court / forum / tribunal;

• The candidate should appear in cases as per need;

• The place of work is Vidyut Soudha/Vijayawada and it is essential for the candidate to be in Vijayawada unless in unforeseen circumstances.

APTRANSCO was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956 as wholly owned State government company. The company is presently engaged in transmission of power and relate to grid operations, transmission management, projects, technical subjects etc.
