PQE: 3-5 Years

Location: Delhi

Qualification: LLB from a reputed institution

Job Description & Requirements

• Experience in Intellectual Property Litigation Appearances before the Delhi High Court and other courts.

• Good drafting skills which include drafting plaints, written statements, miscellaneous applications, case law research etc;

• Able to work cooperatively with team as well as autonomously and meet deadlines as per the requirement of the assignment.

• Should be familiar with computer applications, such as- word, excel.

• Proficient in spoken and written English

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
