ATS Infrastructure Limited is looking to hire Legal Associates in Noida.

Open Positions : 2 (Two)

PQE: 3-8 Years

Location: Noida (Sector 135)

Qualification: LLB/LLM

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• As legal drafting personnel, the associate will work along with the cross-functional teams to draft and review various legal documents and agreements while maintaining a strong commitment to legal excellence and ethical standards.

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal correspondence while ensuring the documents align with the applicable laws / legal perspective.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals.

• Work closely with other internal departments, such as finance and accounts, RERA, HR to ensure legal concerns are adopted in all aspects.

• Assist the head of the legal department in matters pertaining to legal disputes, litigation, and other legal matters.

• Coordination with internal departments and external counsel, attending hearings, preparation of case notes.

Key Competencies

• Knowledge of RERA, pre and post FIR, criminal matters, consumer litigation, litigation in High Courts, Writs, NCLT, etc.

• Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements: LLM, excellent drafting skills, experience in filling police complaints

Remuneration: ₹4 lakhs to ₹10 lakhs per annum.
