PQE: 5 Years

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: Law Graduate

Job Description

1. As the Head of Corporate Litigation Team, the candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of lawyers specializing in corporate litigation matters. The primary objective will be to provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and other departments to effectively handle corporate litigation cases.

Requirements: Experience in a similar field of law of around 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of lawyers, paralegals, and support staff.

• Set department goals and objectives, and provide guidance and support to team members.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

2. Case Management:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate litigation cases.

• Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve favourable outcomes.

• Review and analyae legal documentation, evidence, and arguments.

• Provide guidance and recommendations to team members on case strategy and tactics.

• Monitor case progress, ensure deadlines are met, and manage workload distribution.

3. Legal Advice and Consultation:

• Provide expert legal advice and consultation to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Assess legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.

• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Remuneration: ₹1,00,000 onwards
