PQE: 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience

Location: South Delhi - Onsite - Full-time

Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized institution with a valid certificate of practice/ enrolment from the Bar Council.

About Chambers of Vipul Ganda

We are a litigation chamber with practice before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and National Company Law Tribunal.

Practise Areas: Dispute Resolution in the areas of Corporate, Commercial and Constitutional Laws

Role and Responsibilities would include:

• Conducting thorough legal research and preparing briefing notes on assigned matters.

• Drafting pleadings.

• Appearing before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various tribunals to assist in legal proceedings or argue depending on the nature of the matter.

• Preparing case notes, written submissions, and case files for hearings.

• Supervising filing procedures and managing administrative legal tasks.

• Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient case handling and successful litigation strategies.

Key Qualifications and Skills

1. LL.B. from a recognized institution with a valid certificate of practise/ enrolment from the Bar Council.

2. Minimum 1 to 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT and NCLT.

3. Strong understanding of Corporate, Commercial, Civil and Constitutional laws.

4. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting in-depth legal research using platforms such as SCC and Manupatra.

5. Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi.

6. Ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.

7. Capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

8. Strong work ethic, punctuality, solution oriented approach and dedication to legal practice.

Remuneration:

• Competitive monthly retainer fee

• Performance-based bonus.

• 6 months’ probation

Selection Process
