Goswami & Nigam LLP is looking to hire associate with 2-4 years of work experience in Gurugram, Haryana.

PQE: 2-4 Years

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Qualification: Qualified to practice law in India

Job Description

1. The candidate should have experience in the field of Corporate Law and Commercial Transactions Law.

2. The candidate should be qualified to practice law in India and must have sound knowledge about commercial issues in a transaction.

3. Should be self-motivated, must be willing to learn, and must have proficiency and command over English Language (both oral and written).

4. Should have excellent research and analytical skills with an attention to detail.

Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience with IT and Real Estate companies.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
