KN Legal Advocates & Solicitors is looking to hire associate with 3-5 years of work experience in Delhi, Bombay and Hyderabad.

Positions: Three - one in Delhi, one in Bombay, and one in Hyderabad

PQE: 3-5 Years

Location: Delhi, Bombay and Hyderabad

Qualification: A law degree from any reputed university or college in India.

Job Description

Looking for lawyers with in depth knowledge and prior experience in Arbitrations and commercial litigations.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of various commercial transactions such as real estate projects, pipeline projects, financing, construction, power plant projects, concession agreements, operation and maintenances of airport, mining sector, highway projects etc;

In depth knowledge of security transactions such as mortgage, hypothecation, pledge, and assignment etc.

The candidate is expected to handle high stakes commercial matters independently pertaining to arbitrations and commercial litigations in a time bound manner.

The candidate applying for Bombay and Hyderabad will be expected to lead and handle matters marked to them independently including but not limited to appearing before the courts and tribunals etc., preparation of the matters from the scratch, coordinating with the clients etc.

Candidate must have prior court experience as the candidate will be required to appear before various courts, forums and tribunals and as such, must have excellent drafting, research and communications skills.

Requirements

Prior experience in commercial transactions and arbitrations;

A candidate holding an LL.M. qualification will be preferred.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
