Law firm AQUILAW is looking to hire Associate/ Senior Associate for its Real Estate Practice in Bhubaneshwar.

PQE: 4-6 Years

Location: Bhubaneshwar

Job Description and Requirements

• Real Estate lawyer adept in conducting title diligence, rendering opinions, advising, structuring real estate transactions, drafting, negotiating, finalizing and procuring registration of legal documents writ Real Estate practice, including but not limited to title reports, agreements and deeds.

• Should be capable of interacting with Revenue Officers, Office of the Sub-Registrar and other government authorities for clients' work.

• The candidate should be capable of doing client interface with confidence.

• She/He should have in depth knowledge and working experience with respect to Land laws, Municipal Laws, Transfer of Property Act, 1882, Registration Act, 1908, Indian Stamp Act, 1899, Orissa Land Reforms (OLR) Act, 1960, Odisha Development Authorities Act, 1982 and other related laws along with skill of analyzing land title deeds, revenue records and other land documents.

• The candidate has to be proficient in reading, speaking and writing English and Odia.

Remuneration: As per market standards.
