Lex Commerci hiring Associate in Chandigarh & Panchkula

Lex Commerci - Panchkula-based law firm is currently looking for a Litigation Lawyer having three years of experience in Arbitration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with staff to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case.

• Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements.

• Should possess in-depth knowledge in Arbitration and Land Acquisition.

• Should possess good drafting and legal writing skills.

• Should possess good legal research skills.

• Should possess experience regarding the valuation of projects

• Should possess experience in Database management systems (DBMS) and data analysis like Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel

You will need:

• A law degree from a reputed law school and at least 3 years’ experience in the legal profession. Candidates having civil engineering background shall be given preference.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills including strong presentation skills

• Effective use of computer systems for the generation of professional reports, scheduling, and client database management.

• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Good organizational skills and capacity to be detail-oriented.

• High level of integrity and professional accountability.
