Mint Law Associates is looking to hire Junior and Senior Associates in Delhi

Mint Law Associates is seeking a dynamic Junior and Senior Associate with strong experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 3 (three)

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited law school.

PQE:

1-3 years of litigation experience

5-7 years of litigation experience

7-9 years of litigation experience

1. For candidate with 1-3 years of experience

• Area of practice - Civil and Criminal Litigation

• Scope of Work - Legal acumen to draft pleadings, notices, applications, complaints, suits and appearance before courts across Delhi.

• Courts - All District Courts Only

• Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills , strong knowledge of drafting and extensive research skills.

2. For candidate with 5-7 years of experience

• Area of Practice - Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation.

• Scope of Work - Legal acumen to draft pleadings, applications, notices and proficiency in court craft and legal research.

• Courts/Tribunal- NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, SCDRC, High Court.

• Candidate needs to have good drafting skills, research capabilities, etc.

3. For candidate with 7-9 years of Experience

• Area of Practice - Arbitration, Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation.

• Scope of Work - Capability to independently handle cases, proficient in client handling and drafting.

• Courts/Tribunal - Supreme Court, High Court, Arbitration (International and Domestic)

• Candidate needs the skill base to independently handle matters and clients.

Remuneration: Commensurate with their experience and skill set.
