Number of Positions: 2 (two)

PQE: 2 - 4 years

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: Law Graduate

Job Description

• Associate having experience in civil, commercial litigation and dispute resolution (with a specific focus on arbitration).

• The position would entail extensive legal research, drafting and appearances before all courts/ forums.

• Associate having experience in corporate commercial litigation, and insolvency laws (specifically post-admission matters, representing Resolution Professionals and Committee of Creditors).

• The position would entail extensive work under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, legal research, drafting, drafting and vetting of agreements, appearances before all courts/ forums.

• Candidates with experience in NCLT/NCLAT preferred.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
