The office of advocate Vikas Tiwari is looking to hire an advocate associate in Delhi.

Positions: One

PQE: 1-4 Years

Location: Delhi

Qualification: LL.B./B.A. LL.B (enrolled with any state bar council)

Practice areas: civil and commercial;

Practicing courts: Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and Delhi district courts;

Work Profile

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end stage of the case assigned to them which will include drafting/research, follow-ups with clerks, etc. as well as making appearances with respective forums.

The candidate must be open to travel out of station for work related purposes.

Candidates not having requisite experience civil and commercial Litigation are requested not to apply.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and last drawn remuneration. For the right candidate, remuneration will not be an issue.
