PSS Legal Advisors LLP is looking to recruit lawyers specialising in handling corporate transactions and commercial contracts.

PSS Legal Advisors is a boutique corporate law firm based out of Chennai, having an advisory, transaction, litigation and arbitration practice

Job Description and Requirements

Lawyers in practice who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply:

1. Law Degree from a reputed University and enrolment with a State Bar Council;

2. Bonus points if the candidate has finished his/ her Company Secretaryship course and/ or is pursuing the CS Programme;

3. Minimum of 5 years of PQE experience in handling and negotiating various corporate transactions, including due diligence and commercial contracts;

4. Candidate should have an in-depth understanding of all laws governing contracts;

5. Capability of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines;

6. Candidates are required to be stationed in Chennai.

The vacancy is for full time work from the firm's office in Nungambakkam, Chennai.
