A renewable energy sector company specialising in wind and solar power projects is looking to hire a lawyer, proficient in Telugu, in an Assistant General Manager (AGM) role for their office in Hyderabad.

Number of Positions: 01 (One)

PQE: 10-15 years

Location: Hitech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad

Qualification: LLB, Bar Council Registration, proficient in Telugu

• Advising on power generation regulatory framework.

• Drafting and negotiation JBAs, loan agreements, construction and supply agreements, EPC agreements, among others.

• Advising on corporate matters, procurement, safety, security, insurance, and sustainability issues.

• Advise and represent the Company in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters.

INR 30 - 35 lakhs per annum
