Ruby Builders & Promoters is looking to hire a Legal Assistant Manager in Chennai.

Number of Positions: 1 (One)

PQE: 7 Years and above

Location: Chennai

Qualification: BA LL.B / MA LL.B

Job Description

1. The Candidate should have legal degree from the recognized law college and should be less than 35 years old.

2. Candidates should have at least 7 years of work experience.

3. Candidates are to work under the guidance and in co-ordination with Legal Head.

4. The Candidate should be well versed and sound on matters such as Title diligence/ verification of land documents, drafting sale agreement, sale deed and other contractual documents.

5. The Candidate should be conversant on Court and litigation matters and be able to handle/ support/ co-ordinate with external advocates/ Senior Counsel hired on court and litigation matters.

6. The Candidate should have expertise in liaising with revenue department on matters such as obtaining Patta, Chitta and Adangal etc.

7. The candidate should be capable to manage the registration department and independently able to present and register the sale documents at different SRO offices in Tamil Nadu.

8. Candidates with experience in Real Estate industry are preferred.

9. The remuneration is the best in the industry and not a constraint for the deserving candidates.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
