PQE: 1-2 years

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: LLB, LLM

Job Description

The firm is looking for dedicated and driven advocates, preferably with prior experience in commercial, civil, and banking laws, including but not limited to:

• ⁠Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code

• SARFAESI Act

• Arbitration and Conciliation Act

• Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adhere to deadlines, and maintain a professional approach in their work.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

1. Conducting research in the aforementioned fields of law.

2. Drafting pleadings for tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.

3. Appearing independently and assisting seniors before various courts.

4. Providing legal opinions to clients.

Remuneration: As per industry standard.
