SD Partners is looking to hire Senior Associate / Associate in Delhi NCR and Mumbai.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 3 - 4 years

Location: Delhi NCR and Mumbai

Qualification: Bachelors of Law

Job Description and Requirements

1. Drafting and reviewing resolution plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

2. Drafting applications to be filed before NCLT/ NCLAT.

3. Preparation of restructuring documents for banks.

4. Advising clients on various aspects of IBC, SARFAESI and rules/ regulations related to restructuring.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
