SDS Advocates is looking to hire Associates for NCLT, NCLAT, Direct and Indirect Tax in Mumbai.

Positions: 2 (Two); 1 for NCLT and 1 for Direct and Indirect Tax

PQE: Two years of post graduation experience mandatory

Qualification: LLB, LLM

Location: Mumbai

Job Description and Requirements

• Experienced professional with experience in drafting, filling and appearing before NCLT, Mumbai and Appellate Tribunal for IBC matters.

• Professionals experienced in Direct and Indirect Tax - Candidate should have prior experience in drafting and good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax. Candidates with prior experience in appearing before Bombay High Court, CESTAT, ITAT.

Remuneration: ₹6 lakhs per annum.
