Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is looking to fill multiple associate and senior associate positions for its litigation, prosecution and enforcement practices.

The firm is looking for highly motivated lawyers who are organised, passionate about intellectual property and can work in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

1. Oppositions & Enforcement: Associate: 1-3 years of good trademark experience, preferably in a law firm.

   The ideal candidate should have worked on a mix of trademark prosecution, oppositions/cancellations, pre-litigation advisory work, cease and desist letters, settlements, etc.

2. Litigation: Associate: 1-2 years of litigation practice in the area of IP litigation.

   The ideal candidate should have good drafting skills, experience with the lifecycle of a suit and be abreast with developments in courts.

3. Prosecution: Associate: 1-2 years of trademark prosecution experience and a good understanding of trademark concepts.

   The ideal candidate should have experience with the lifecycle of a trademark application, including clearance searches, chain of title issues, opposition and cancellation tracking, renewals, etc.

4. Senior Associate: 3-5 years of extensive trademark experience in a law firm and experience in a supervisory capacity.

   Experience with prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, online take-downs, domain name disputes, settlement negotiations and agreements, strategizing and advising on appropriate enforcement actions, etc. is a must.

   The candidate should also have good analytical and drafting skills and the ability to supervise and mentor associates. The candidate must be able to juggle multiple matters in a day.

The office is located in Noida, and the firm is primarily working from the office premises.
