Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is looking to hire a senior associate - IP prosecution & enforcement (non-litigation) in Noida.

Positions: 2-3

PQE: 4-6 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream + LL.B.

Location: Noida

Job Description & Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have had experience at a law firm with extensive experience in advising, and acting for, clients on all aspects of trademark law, including oppositions, cancellations, online take-downs, domain name disputes, settlement negotiations, strategizing and advising on appropriate enforcement actions, etc.

• Experience with copyright and design prosecution would be a plus.

• The candidate should have excellent drafting and analytical skills with an eye to detail, and the abilities to supervise a team of associates. They should also be able to juggle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
