The Square Circle Clinic, NALSAR is looking to hire Consultants in Delhi

The Square Circle Clinic at NALSAR University of Law (formerly, Project 39A at the National Law University, Delhi) is inviting applications to engage one Consultant (Research) and one Lead Consultant (Research) at its office in New Delhi.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE:

Lead consultant: 2 years is mandatory

Consultant: Preferably 2 years

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: 

1) Consultant Research - undergraduate degree in law

2) Lead Consultant (Research), master's degree in law or social sciences

Job Description

The Lead Consultant is expected to contribute to the development of the clinic's research agenda, supervise research staff in its implementation, lead the analysis and synthesis of research findings for dissemination through academic and policy publications, publish articles in reputed peer reviewed journals on issues pertinent to the clinic's work, and build and sustain engagement with central and state agencies engaged in the criminal justice system.

The Consultant is expected to undertake data collection, fieldwork for research projects, where needed, contribute to the analysis of findings, and publish articles in peer-reviewed journals on issues pertinent to the clinic's work.

Requirements: Graduate with an LLB degree and enrolment with any State Bar Council.

Remuneration: The compensation will be competitive and will be commensurate with experience.

The minimum pay for these role are as follows:

- Lead Consultant (Research) - ₹9,60,000/- per annum

- Consultant (Research) - ₹7,80,000/- per annum
